Parker: Time for West Ham to get ugly
Scott Parker says West Ham United need to start winning ugly.
The Hammers are just a point off the drop zone in 15th but midfielder Parker believes Gianfranco Zola's can pull clear if they do all the dirty work starting with the visit of fellow strugglers Hull city at the KC Stadium on Saturday.
Parker, who has been the Hammers' outstanding player in a frustrating season, said: "We're a good passing side and what we've got to do now is the dirty stuff. We've got to get out there and do the ugly stuff to give us a platform to build on and hopefully we can start doing that."
