Parker expects Tottenham title surge with medical room clearing

Tottenham midfielder Scott Parker is expecting a second-half season surge.

Parker believes when everyone is fit they should be able to improve on what has already been an impressive campaign so far.

"It has been a fantastic season and we still have a long way to go but we need to stay strong and build," the 31-year-old told the London Evening Standard.

"We were missing a lot of key players and I am just really excited about what is in progress here."
