Scott Parker admits West Ham United players are still short of confidence.

He says West Ham's players are short of confidence after failing to register a Premier League win this season.

The midfielder said: "It's not been the best of starts, it's not been easy and we're a team low on confidence.

"Hopefully this result will help turn things around. We can take a lot of positives from it. We got off to a bad start in the League but we can change that."
