Park hoping to be involved with Arsenal as often as possible

Arsenal summer signing Park Chu-young insists he wants to play as much as possible for his new club.

The South Korea captain joined the Gunners from French club AC Monaco on August 30 and is preparing for a potential debut against Swansea City this weekend.

Park has dismissed claims that he is too fatigued from playing two internationals within five days and is looking to press on and give his all for Arsenal after scoring four goals for his country in Asian World Cup qualifying.

"I felt really tired, but I appreciate that other players took control of the game well," he said following the 1-1 draw in Kuwait in which he scored.

"The match was a good opportunity for our players to improve."

He added: "I will try to adjust at Arsenal and work hard to play in many games as I can."
