Park convinced QPR will soon discover consistent winning form

QPR captain Park Ji-sung is supremely confident that his side will regularly be on the winners list soon enough.

The West Londoners gave up a one-goal lead to eventually lose 2-1 at Tottenham yesterday despite completely dominating the first half, only to see Spurs goalkeeper Brad Friedel come up with a number of world-class saves.

The R's sit second bottom on just two points from five matches but Park is convinced they will turn that beginning around after some positive showings which have not yet yielded a victory.

"We deserved to win and were the better side [against Spurs]," the South Korean told the club's official website.

"We played well at home to Chelsea last weekend (for a 0-0 draw)and then continued that at White Hart Lane. We were so dominant in the first half.

"Results will come soon. I am confident of that and so are my teammates.

"The league table isn't a true indicator of where we are in terms of our performances. We're only five games into the season.

"We will continue to work hard and the points will come."
