Steve Parish says he won't stand in the way of Josh Harris' takeover of Crystal Palace.
Parish, who led the CPFC 2010 consortium which saved the club from liquidation four years ago, is expected to remain in his current capacity, at least until the end of the season, if Harris completes his estimated £70million takeover.
"As long as I can add value, I will," said Parish. "I will stand aside if I think it is the best interests of the club and if we can grow further and faster without me involved.
"I am committed to this club whatever happens. Most of the people we have spoken to certainly want [my] involvement."
