Paris attacks could prompt Arsenal to reignite Cavani interest

Edinson Cavani's uncertain return to Paris could see Arsenal make a move for his services in January.

The Uruguayan striker is reportedly hesitant to head back to the French capital in the wake of Friday's terror attacks which is likely to prompt renewed interest from the Gunners.

Arsene Wenger has shown interest in Cavani in the past and according to reports, may reignite his pursuit of the 28-year-old Paris Saint-Germain forward.

It is believed that Arsenal will be the leading contenders for Cavani's signature once the winter transfer window opens.
