Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew admits he's yet to discuss a transfer budget.

Strikers, wingers and midfielders will be on his shopping list after the inactivity of the last 12 months.

Pardew said: "We know we have to do work in the summer after losing Cabaye, so you'd like to think we'll have to spend some of that this summer - although I haven't really discussed the budget."
