Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew has warned Fulham striker Darren Bent of a Geordie welcome today.
The England striker turned down a move to St James' Park, and the opportunity to work with Pardew again, when he chose a loan deal at Craven Cottage, rather than a return to the North East.
Pardew said: "We made an effort to sign him and he chose not to come so I'm sure our fans will be pleased to see him."
