Crystal Palace midfielder Yohan Cabaye has revealed that manager Alan Pardew is more involved in the workings of the South London club then he was at Newcastle United.
The France international spent two and half seasons with Pardew at Newcastle before moving to Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain last year but reunited with the former West Ham United and Southampton miss at Selhurst Park this past summer.
"In general he is the same," Cabaye told the club's official website of his good friend Pardew.
"[But] I think he's more involved in the club at Palace. You look at the training ground, the stadium, everything; he's involved.
"For him he feels much better than he did at Newcastle, I think. What he's done from the start [at Palace] has been fantastic."
