Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew is ready to hand more first team chances to Shola Ameobi.
Pardew is keen to emphasise the importance of Ameobi.
He told the Evening Chronicle: "It's only because we've got two strikers in Ba and Cisse - who you'd like to think will be a good combination - which is keeping him out.
"But he'll get opportunities - he's been fantastic for us."
