Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew has hopes of a late big name signing.
Pardew's hope is that owner Mike Ashley will sanction another big signing to go with Senegal striker Papiss Demba Cisse rather than a sale.
"We've got a great opportunity in this second half of the season.
