Manchester United have joined Barcelona in the race to sign Paraguayan starlet Blas Miguel Riveros.
Riveros currently plies his trade in his homeland for Olimpia Asuncion, where he has impressed enough to earn a call-up to the Paraguayan national team.
Portuguese publication O Jogo is reporting Benfica are interested in the 18-year-old starlet, but they are likely to face stiff competition from European heavyweights Manchester United and Barcelona.
It is understood Olimpia Asuncion are asking for a fee in the vicinity of £1.1million for their prized asset.
