Italy legend Paolo Rossi has been reviewing the nation's current striker stars.
On Atalanta forward Sergio Floccari, Rossi said: âHe didn't seem concrete enough before, but he has certainly become so. He is quick, technical and knows how to come from deep.â
Rossi, who won the World Cup with Italy in 1982, then gave his opinion on Italy's other attacking talents.
âGiampaolo Pazzini needs trust and tranquillity,â Rossi said. âHe is managing to do in Genoa what Alberto Gilardino is doing in Florence.
âGilardino is having a great championship,â he explained. âHe has found the right environment and an ideal trainer.
âHe is back doing what he does best. In La Nazionale I would put him alongside Luca Toni.â
