Paolo Fernandes was delighted to score for Manchester City in their UEFA Youth League win over Borussia Monchengladbach.

Fernandes' goal was created by Brahim Diaz.

"I wasn't expecting to score but then I saw Brahim there," said Paolo.

"We always talk about it before games. He knew that I was going to be there and I knew that he was going to pass it.

"Sometimes in training we talk about what we're going to do, when we move, where the other one is going to be.

"We're Spanish, that helps a bit and we're always together so it's great to be with him."
