John Pantsil wants to leave West Ham United.

The Ghana fullback said: "I don't understand the reason for always being in West Ham's reserve team, and I don't know what is really happening at the club.

"I have told my agent that I am not happy to be in the reserves, and he should act very quickly.

"Alan Curbishley should give level grounds to all the players to show what they are made of."
