Pantilimon likely to keep Hart out of Man City side for FA Cup final - Mancini

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini suggests that Costel Pantilimon may retain his spot in the starting eleven for the FA Cup final.

The Romanian goalkeeper made his fifth appearance in the competition in the 2-1 semi-final victory over Chelsea on Sunday, conceding his first goal in the cup this season, and could likely be kept in place for the May 11 decider with Wigan Athletic at Wembley.

"Pantilimon is there to do what he did, Costel did very well but he's a very good keeper - it's what I expected," Mancini told the club's official website.

"He will stay, we have four weeks to think about it but I think he will play [in the final]. He's worked very well behind Joe Hart and I think for Joe that's very important."
