New Inter Milan signing Goran Pandev has passed his medical.
The Macedonian claimed he is fit to play and will be looking to start in their next game against Chievo.
"I am really, really happy," revealed the former Lazio man.
"My dream was to stay at Inter but things went differently. Now I am back and this is a happy ending anyway.
"I hope I will return to winning with Inter. In the past few days I have been training in my homeland while in the past two months I was still keeping fit at Lazio.
"Jose Mourinho will decide whether to play me or not but I am available."
Samuel Eto'o is away on international duty for the African Cup so Pandev has good chance to start.
"Inter are a great team with a great group of players. That is why they are winning a lot.
"I want to win the Scudetto and do well in the Champions League with this shirt."
