Lazio striker Goran Pandev has ruled out a move to West Ham United. Reports had claimed that the Hammers were ready to seal a near £5million move for the Macedonian star, who is currently in dispute with his club.

But speaking to Macedonian TV station A1, Pandev is quoted as saying that Upton Park is not his preferred destination. "That is not what I desire at the moment."

But Pandev did not refuse to rule out a possible move away from Lazio, saying: "There is still time left until the summer transfer window closes.
