Greek outfit Panathinaikos and Russian club Rubin Kazan have played out a lifeless draw in Group D of the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Neither side had many clear cut chances as they forced each other to record a point in a tedious affair in Athens.

Pana claimed their first point in three matches whilst Rubin moved to two points following their draw with Barcelona.
