Palermo striker Amauri has revealed the interest of Chelsea.

The Brazilian is believed to have caught the eye of a number of clubs across Europe and Liverpool, Manchester United, Barcelona and Villarreal have also been linked with the 27-year-old.

But Amauri, who joined Palermo in 2006, has now revealed his agent has already been contacted by Chelsea.

"Chelsea spoke to my agent," Amauri told Rie Sport.

"My season has gone very well so far and my main objective is to continue playing well for Palermo until the end of the season."
