Zamparini explained: "AC Milan and Adriano Galliani are the last people I would want to sell him (Amauri) to. Before selling Luca Toni to Fiorentina, Milan tried to sign him, but I said that he wasn't suitable to wear the Rossonera shirt.

"In recent months there's been contact with Juventus about Andrea Barzagli and Amauri.

"Certainly the Bianconeri are the only club with suitable players that would interest me in regards to a swap. Although for now, I won't be talking to anyone about Amauri."
