Palermo will finalise a deal for Atalanta striker Sergio Floccari this week.

Palermo chief Rino Foschi is due to meet with Atalanta sports director Carlo Osti in Milan on Wednesday in order to finalise terms. Floccari is expected to be unveiled as Palermo's latest signing on Friday.

The centre-forward will arrive as a direct replacement for Amauri, who completed his move to Juventus last week.
