Cruzeiro attacking midfielder Kerlon has confirmed he's received offers from "Italy, Spain and Holland" about moving to Europe in January.

The youngster is a confirmed target for Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini and revealed: "You cannot refuse offers to play in France, England, Italy or Spain, they's the best leagues in the world.

"I've had offers from Italy, Spain and Holland."
