Palermo boss Delio Rossi is ready to hand Fabrizio Miccoli a rare start tonight against Europa League opponents Lausanne.

Miccoli has been on the bench for the last two Serie A matches, but could make his first appearance of the season after ankle surgery.

"There is the possibility we'll field Miccoli. He is coming off a long injury lay-off and has the right motivation," said Rossi.

"Abel Hernandez has a slight muscular problem, but if he is in the squad, then it means he is available."
