Palermo striker Paulo Dybala is proud of praise from Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini.

Mancini has spoken of his admiration for the Argentine.

Dybala said, "I like that, it's something that fills me with pride, but when I go out onto the pitch I don't look at who's in the stands.

"I don't think about my value, that's the job of President [Maurizio] Zamparini, and of course he'll try to get the most that he can."
