Palermo star Javier Pastore has shut the door on interested Premier League clubs.
Argentina international Pastore, 22, has been strongly linked with Chelsea and Manchester United.
But the Palermo ace has made it clear he would prefer to remain in Serie A if he does move on, clearing the way for a swoop from Inter Milan.
He said: "If I left Palermo, I would like to remain in Italy. I have played in Italy for the last two years and feel very comfortable there.
"If I leave Palermo it will be to join a stronger team."
