Palermo have signed AC Milan defender Matteo Darmian.
A statement on the club's official website reads:
"US Citta di Palermo wish to communicate that they have purchased AC Milan defender Matteo Darmian. The player arrives at the club in a co-ownership deal.
"He will be presented to the media tomorrow."
Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani revealed last week that discussions between the two sides had commenced over the transfer of the 20-year-old.
