Palermo are in Europe next season thanks to their Coppa Italia run.

The Final will be between Palermo and Inter Milan, while a Coppa victory is worth a place in the Europa League.

As Inter are already mathematically qualified for the Champions League, that place will automatically go to the other Finalists - Palermo.

Had both sides been qualified for other competitions, then the Coppa Italia place would've been passed down to Serie A.
