Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has left the door open to a deal for Internacional de Porto Alegre striker Nilmar.

He said: "I spoke with our sports director (Walter Sabatini) and on Tuesday he will give me a picture of the situation.

"I cannot say we are going to sign the player, we will have to wait and see."
