Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has told Premier League clubs Javier Pastore is worth "two Neymars".
Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea are all keen on the Argentina international.
Zamparini says the playmaker is already superior to the much-sought-after Brazilian Neymar.
He insisted: "Pastore is worth two Neymars. He is one of those who will win the Ballon d'Or in the coming years. He is a champion.
"Like him there are only Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Iniesta, Rooney - and this quality player is only 22 years old."
