Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has blasted the two-match ban of Antonio Nocerino.
The midfielder was sent off for an elbow on Torino's Blerim Dzemaili in the 1-0 defeat at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday.
"It is absolutely incredible," slammed President Zamparini, who had already criticised the referees for their attitude towards the Rosanero.
"Now we will lodge an appeal, but for me it is simply crazy what they are doing to us. Last night I was on a television show and every journalist watching the replay said it was not even a booking.
"This is a clear attack on me, but also on Palermo. It's just not possible any more and I am tired of this situation.
"We will contest it, analyse the referee's report and then you will see the ban will be reduced to one game."
