Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini will not consider re-signing Juventus striker Amauri.
Zamparini has ruled out that possibility.
"Amauri is one of the strongest strikers in Italy right now, but he can't return here," he said.
"His salary is just too high for us. If he would accept 1m a season then I'd bring him back straight away, but he earns more than 4m right now.
"Palermo can't afford players at those prices."
