Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini says he could sell Javier Pastore to a Serie A rival.
He claims that a Serie A club is monitoring the playmaker's availability.
"There is a 99 per cent chance that Pastore will be sold," Zamparini said. "But there are no new developments.
"Let's say that we are making progress with four clubs and there is also an Italian side that is in the shadows."
Zamparini refused to name which Italian outfit were keen, but he seemed to narrow it down to just the Milan sides.
"It's not Napoli," continued Zamparini. "Only Milan, Inter and Juventus could be an Italian destination, but Juve have hired Antonio Conte this summer."
