Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has revealed PSG are in talks to sign Paulo Dybala.
Zamparini has upped his price to sell the Argie.
"Dybala is the new Leo Messi," Zamparini told Telefoot.
"Today if you wanted to buy Messi, how much would he cost? 200m? 300m? Even then he wouldn't be available.
"Dybala's representatives have already gone to Paris for talks with PSG. The player is a little worried about going there, because they already have so many big champions.
"I am in contact with Nasser Al-Khelaifi and the player's agent. He'd be a good investment for PSG's future.
"I would like to sell Dybala for 40m, but I asked Nasser for 50m!"
