Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini is ready to use Fabio Simplicio in a swap for Lazio defender Stefan Radu.

Asked about the prospect on Radio Incontro, Zamparini replied: "Yes, we should sit down and talk. My player costs €8.5m while Lazio paid €3.5m for Radu.

"We don't really need the cash, as our books are balanced and so we would prefer a swap deal. If both parties agree to it, it can be done, I guess within the next 10 days."
