Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has again praised his young coach Davide Ballardini.

"He is a great worker on the ground. I like him and he has great humility," said Zamparini.

"There is nothing that I do not like about him, but what he lacks is experience. He can gain that simply by being in this league at a certain level."
