Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini is preparing for the summer sale of Paolo Dybala.Arsenal and Chelsea have been linked with the Argentine.
"Palermo can be self-sufficient," the patron told the club's official website.
"We don't have any need for cash injections, although we'll have that this year thanks to Dybala's departure.
"We've worked hard on this, and we're comfortable. The team is very good, and there will be four or five new faces to support those who are already here, and replace the players who have been sold.
"Dybala? The major European clubs have contacted me, I've spoken directly with the Presidents of interested clubs in England and France.
"There's a lot of interest, the lad is very talented, and we'll try to reach an agreement with his agent, family and everyone to suit their interests, as well of those of Palermo who helped him grow."
