Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini says he would snap up controversial Liverpool striker Luis Suarez in a heartbeat.

Zamparini remains a big fan of Suarez, despite his behaviour at Manchester United on Saturday.

"Would I take him? I'd do it tomorrow morning, he is a fantastic striker. Certainly I wasn't impressed by what happened. But I do not think he has behaved like this because he is racist."
