Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini is furious over the way they were beaten by AC Milan on Sunday.
"Palermo suffered at the hands of the referee, who made some debatable decisions," Zamparini told Radio Anch'io Sport.
"We conceded two penalties that would never have been given in England and ended up playing with 10 men and the media forgot to play replays of Milan-Palermo.
"To have this anomaly from the Milan President, who is also Italy's Prime Minister, is flattening. The media are prone to power.
"We live in this anomalous situation. The criticism has to come from the Press. Zamparini is not a madman," he said. "I know how to ponder over my things. I am one of those, who comes out of the crowd and I say what I think."
