Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini is delighted with his decision to appoint Walter Zenga as coach this season.

"Dialogue. He is receptive. He tells me everything," said Zenga.

"Zenga understands football like us, he also looks for advice and puts it into practice. He's the opposite of Guidolin who wouldn't give me the formation before the match because he thought that I would interfere. Or Ballardini, to whom you could say nothing. If I suggested something, he'd do exactly the opposite."
