Palermo president Zamparini delighted with Rossi impact
Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has heaped praise on coach Delio Rossi.
Rossi took charge of Palermo in November after Zamparini decided to fire Walter Zenga and has the club sitting in fifth place.
Speaking to Radio Anch'io Sport, Zamparini said: “We'll see if we're in a position to make a push for the Champions League in a month's time. The season is defined in March. Anyway, I am already happy today.
“It was lucky to find Rossi available. He is working very well. He has great confidence in himself. Delio doesn't transmit any nervousness to the team. He makes the players calm instead.”
