Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has rubbished reports that new signing Tulio de Melo is unsettled.

"There is absolutely nothing true, I read these stories too in the newspaper, but I can reiterate that De Melo will remain in Palermo," said Zamparini.

"We have taken him to strengthen our attacking department, not to sell."
