Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini says Fabrizio Miccoli must ask away if he wants a move to Birmingham City.

Birmingham have already tabled an offer for the experienced striker.

Zamparini said: "Miccoli is guaranteed to remain at Palermo unless he comes to me and says he has received a stratospheric offer he cannot refuse.

"In that case, seeing as we care about him, we could sit around the table and discuss the situation."
