Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini admits Juventus beat AC Milan to signing Paulo Dybala.
Zamparini says Milan president Silvio Berlusconi was desperate to land the Argentine.
"AC Milan last summer asked me Dybala, it was from Berlusconi, he wanted him at all costs," said Zamparini.
"But it did not depend me, there was an approach from Juventus.
"The Rossoneri had offered €40 million, while Juve took him for €32 million plus eight (in bonuses)."
