Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini admits negotiations with Juventus over the sale of Amauri is dragging on.

He said: "The only one that has made a serious approach is Juventus. There is also AC Milan, there were meetings with the two sports directors, a timid dialogue has begun, but I do not know where it'll lead.

"The boy I think is happy to go to a team like Juve. There'll be a meeting this week."

Amauri said after defeat to Sampdoria, "I feel I am closer to Juventus."
