Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini would be happy to sell Josip Ilicic to AC Milan.
The midfielder is available following relegation.
"I could sell him to Milan, but Adriano Galliani doesn't want to spend any money," said Zamparini.
"He'll cost 15m and if nobody gives me that here then I'll send him to Bayer Leverkusen."
