Palermo are ready to open new contract talks with Paulo Dybala.
Tied to the Rosanero until 2016, Dybala's sensational form this season has alerted bigger clubs from abroad, including Arsenal, Southampton and Atletico Madrid.
Inter Milan are also keen and ready to bid for the Argentine in January.
However, Calciomercato.com says Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini will resist all offers in midseason and instead move to upgrade Dybala's current deal.
Dybala is happy in Sicily and will consider Zamparini's offer, while also listening to his brother, Mariano, who is in contact with interested rivals.
