AC Milan and Juventus are battling Palermo for Cesena midfielder Stefano Sensi.
Sportitalia says Sensi is attracting big club interest ahead of the winter market.
Palermo have offered €4 million for Sensi, though Cesena are seeking €6 million.
Milan and Juve are also keen, but Palermo is the first club to make a firm offer.
Sensi is rated the best young player performing outside of Serie A.
