Palermo are ready to sell defender Simon Kjaer.
Tottenham and both Manchester United and Manchester City are leading the chase for the Denmark centre half.
Kjaer, 21, has emerged as one of the most sought-after defenders in Europe after an impressive two seasons in Sicily and United see him as a long-term replacement for either of their established injury-prone central defenders Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic.
"I know of talks with the two Manchester clubs, Tottenham and Wolfsburg," said Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini, who wants at least £12.5million.
"Inter have not called me so I don't know if they're interested.
"When certain offers arrive, it's necessary for the player to leave. A couple of quite important offers have come in. We are discussing them, then I will call the player."
